Sound healing uses carefully produced frequencies and vibrations to encourage relaxation. While research is still developing, studies suggest that sound-based practices may help reduce stress, quiet mental chatter, and support a shift from the body's fight-or-flight response into a more restorative state. Many people leave a session feeling calmer, lighter, and more centered.
Sound has a way of reaching places words cannot. Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred tones, the body is invited into a state of deep rest. As sound moves through the body, it becomes easier to soften, release tension, and return to a quieter inner rhythm.
Sound healing isn't about fixing or forcing change. It's about creating space for the nervous system to settle, for the mind to become still, and for the body to remember its own natural harmony. Sometimes healing begins simply by listening.

You simply lie down or sit comfortably and let the sound wash over you. There’s no technique to learn, no posture to hold, and no prior meditation experience required.
-
Plan for a little transition time before and after your session. Arrive a few minutes early so you’re not rushing, wear something you can fully relax in, and avoid heavy meals right beforehand. The goal is simply to show up in a calm, open state so the experience can do its work.

You’ll be invited to lie down fully clothed in a quiet space. Sessions are held in my home and typically last 60–90 minutes. There’s no need to do anything, just receive.
-
Some clients feel a shift after one session; others benefit from additional and/or ongoing sessions. You’re welcome to begin where you are.

Clinical hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to support change at the subconscious level. It’s not stage hypnosis; it’s a collaborative, therapeutic process.

-
No. You remain aware and in control throughout. Hypnotherapy is a state of focused receptivity, not unconsciousness.

Both are available. My preference is to hold sessions in person, where the work tends to deepen.

People commonly report reduced anxiety, improved sleep, deeper relaxation, and a sense of emotional release. The rhythmic, layered frequencies help slow brainwave activity, similar to meditation, making it easier to unwind.
